For the past week I’ve had mild contractions mainly in lower back. And yesterday they became SOOOOO intense it put me in tears. Now 24 hours later they are 15-30 minutes apart. I’ve done the warm shower, water, eating, and feet elevation but I’m starting to get worried because I’ve been having a headache that Tylenol, water, and eating aren’t helping as well as back pains on a scale of 1-10 is a 7 and nausea that makes moving unbearable!!!

Any other ladies have these issues? Any resolution to become a little more comfortable? How far after these feelings did baby come because although this is my 3rd pregnancy my body is failing me
