Need some advice...
Currently looking into the copper IUD and was hoping for some opinions. I am looking to get off hormonal birth control to help with PMDD. I currently use a menstrual cup during my period, can I still use it? Is the copper IUD the best option for non hormonal birth control? How bad did it hurt getting put in? How effective is it really? Thank you in advance for anything you have to say.
