My baby is 11.5 months old. I've had two chemical pregnancies due to still nursing. My OB said she will supplement me with progesterone so I can sustain a pregnancy but advised me to actively wean. Do you ladies think I have to wean to stay pregnant?

Chemicals are NOT due to breastfeeding they are due to something being wrong in the very beginning stages of pregnancy , something not
Multiplying right, chromosome abnormalities but def not breastfeeding

I got pregnant with my son while I breastfed my daughter, and had no issues with the pregnancy.  Unfortunately, the pregnancy hormones caused my milk to slowly dry up, so I had no choice but to wean her, which made me sad. But this is not the case for every woman.  Should mention I got pregnant 3 months PP with my daughter, and she was weaned by 6 months.
