Delayed period

Hello everyone. I just wanna share my current situation. My period is been delayed for 18 days now. I took a home PT test for a couple of times but only one time it showed positive, then I do a PT again after that just to make sure then again it’s negative 😬😬.

So it’s kind a crazy I don’t know to do or believe.

Does anyone here have they experience I had?
