I'm almost 14 weeks. My left side and lower abdomen is constantly sore and aching. Some times the ache goes through my left leg. My back actually doesn't hurt. Sometimes it's a dull pain other times it's a sharp pain

My first pregnancy I had no pain or anything all the way through labor.

Could I be over doing it at work? Or could it just be pregnancy?

Yes I have to lift some heavy things by myself cause I'm normally alone at work. If I don't do it I loose my job and that's the last thing I need. But it only happens occasionally.

I'm on my feet for 8 to 12hrs a day with one day a week.

Working on scheduling a Dr appt very soon.
