Best sleeping position while pregnant?

Which one is the best sleeping position while pregnant? I’m used to sleep on my belly but boobs are so sore I get up from the pain.
Should I invest on a pregnancy pillow or I can use any pillow?

How far along are you? I’m 20 weeks and still sleeping flat on my stomach. I slept on my tummy until around 25 weeks with my other two babies also. I have a snoogle and I freaking love it! It’s helped me a lot with hip/pelvic pain, but I do still wake up on my tummy

I’ve read on your left side of best, but this is usually me all night long because I can never find that perfect spot 😅

I still lay mostly on my belly with the help of pillows - just regular old pillows though. Nothing special

I have a king size pillow I snuggle. I lay on my left side and wrap my arms and legs around the pillow. I’m also lucky in the fact that when I can’t sleep my man rubs my back

On your side is best. I borrowed a snoogle and honestly so glad I didn’t buy one because I hated it. It made me too hot and I found it awkward and annoying to rearrange it every time I wanted to change positions. I preferred a regular pillow. I was also not very big even at the end of my pregnancy.

A pillow between legs and on the side. It sucks getting used to it but it won’t take long

I’d invest in a pregnancy pillow! I use a normal pillow to cuddle and it still isn’t mega comfy, I only have 12 weeks left do still debating buying one, but if you’re early on I’d say get one!xx
