Should/would you take your 6 month old outside in 45 degree weather to play in only a diaper?
My friend did this and was confused that I didn't think it was right. Wisconsin in late October is cold as it is for adults. Let alone a 6 month old baby. She has other issues that have lead to her making questionable parenting decisions.
