I am 6w 4d. It's my first pregnancy. I don't have too many symptoms other then being bloated, sore breast, fatigue, and being moody. Somedays the symptoms are not there..sometimes they are. I see my doctor this Tuesday. I am just worried and afraid there will be no baby or a baby and no heartbeats. I cry about it all the time. I really want a baby. I already feel heartbroken. Am I the only one who feels this way?
