Pregnancy test

Hello,

I tested yesterday and I’m 7 days today away from my period. I’m feeling exhausted and I keep having to pee which is annoying and my boobs hurt. Unfortunately the test was negative. I just wanted some answers.. is it too early to test or is this not my month?
