My boyfriend thinks I’m cheating

So today I pulled my hair to the side and my boyfriend saw this on my neck

I have never cheated on my boyfriend and now because of whatever this is on my neck he thinks I’m cheating. I have very sensitive skin and the thing on my neck just feels like a dry patch of skin which I have had on my skin before. Does this look like a hickey? It sucks because I have no way to prove what it is and now he’s mad.
