What to buy?

Hey ladies! 
So, I am going to have a baby shower but have the urge to buy! What are things you bought yourself to prepare?  I already have:
A swing 
A Nap 'n Play
A Sit Me Up Floor Seat
breast pump & storage bottles

I added everything I need/want for the baby on my respiratory because amazon and buy buy baby give you a completion discount. If it’s not bought 8 weeks before your due date, you get the discount.  I have my expensive items there too so I can get the discount.

We bought all the big items: stroller & car seat, dresser, gliding chairs (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) crib, bassinet, pack and play, Nanit baby monitor & a Mamaroo . I also went a little overboard with the muslin swaddles and outfits, LOTS of burp clothes. Also all the decor for his nursery (rug, wall art, etc) and for his little area in our room (he will sleep with us the first 3-4 months). We’ve also built a good stash of diapers, wipes and baby laundry detergent.
Family requested I created a registry, so I did and they have been buying items from there too. We are not having a baby shower. Quite a few friends and co-workers also asked about the registry so I gave them the link but I really don’t have any pricey items there (max. is $100). It’s nice to have boxes show up at my front door but I really don’t like the idea of depending on others so our baby has everything he needs... and that’s why I requested not to have a baby shower. Not my thing.

Muslin cloth swaddles!!! Cute outfits, bibs, hats, blankets, socks, this was all stuff I bought myself when I saw something I liked. You will get some at your shower most likely but it’s fun when you pick it out yourself.

I bought tons of clothes but then Stopped and waited til after the bby shower. Then I bought everything else I wanted or needed that I didnt recieved.

We have bought the crib, dresser/changing table, Halo Bassinest, car seat stroller combo, and a glider. 
I personally literally have no extended family, and I did not want to depend on my husband’s family to get me these larger items at our shower. I know it won’t happen. And I wanted to be able to start planning the room. We’ve been buying things little by little over the year, I’m 31 weeks +3. I have gotten some sort of deal or sale on every item that we bought.

A High chair, or a co-sleeper I didn’t want to sleep with my baby but the first days with my stitches and me nursing it was easier to have her in bed. 
consider some mommy items like breast pads, nursing cover, if planning to breastfeed a lot of the items you get from a shower is mostly for baby and than once’s you are home trying to recover you need nipple balm, breast therapy hot/cold, granny panty (depends) cloth pads, (if that’s your thing) witch hazel -padcicles!! 
Peri bottle, mattress protector for your bed/sofa. 
Can’t remember what else I order form amazon 🧐🧐

I bought all the big stuff, I don’t like depending on anyone and I’m a planner so I wanted to get exactly what I wanted lol and I bought some bottles and cute outfits here and there
