immense iud pain

okay so I’m 18, have had an iud for a bit over a year and a half. I had it put in after an abortion and I bled for almost a month or so heavily. After that for about 6 months there was spotting almost everyday or a large amount of very liquidy discharge, it’s watery like water but sticky like cum??? And sometimes that is bloody now it’s mostly in the mornings that happens tho. Now 18+ months later I’m having horrible pain in my stomach/uterus (?) area almost daily. Like the worst pain of my life, and nothing helps it go away. I can still feel my iud strings. Any idea what this is?
