Hospital bag?

When did you guys prepare your hospital bag and what did you include?

I'm going to pack my bag around 30 weeks. I did it around 37 weeks with my first and that worked out fine, but with living so far away from the hospital now, I am trying to be over prepared. Here is my list:
MOM
Wallet
Nipple cream
Lotion
Shampoo/Conditioner
Body wash
Deodorant 
Toothbrush/toothpaste
Brush
Makeup
Hair dryer
Hair ties
Lip Balm
Depends diapers
Stretchy pants
Loose shirt
Bra
Sandals/slippers
Nonskid Socks 
Robe
ipod/speakers
Bananagrams/games to pass time 
Snacks
BABY
Coming home outfit
Socks
Hat
Blanket
Burp cloths
Also, make sure your birthing partner has a bag packed too.

I might add a few things but I definitely will use up as much of the diapers/wipes at the hospital so I probably won't bring any with me.

Comfy dress type of thing for after delivery 
Underwear/nursing bras
Breast pads
Comfy clothes to go home in
Phone charger
A book
Head phones
