I don’t understand

Did i ovulate? Or am i still due to ovulate. It’s a 7 when you’re at your highest and they only stayed at a 1 for five days and then it went down. My last period was October 15th and the period before was June 16th so i am very irregular. I have been trying for 1 year this November. I just don’t know what is best to do. Just have sex every single day? I’ve been taking prenatal for 3 months and drinking fertility tea for 2 weeks.
