Vvvvv faint Positive test but bleeding?

So I’ve taken four different tests, the lines are vvvvvv super faint but I can see them and so can majority of other, so for the people who CAN see the super faint positive lines I’ve just started bleeding today, and wondered what could of caused this if I’ve had a positive response on the test? I don’t feel periody. I literally got butterflies In my belly non stop, nausea and increased appetite and cravings😩
