I am 9w 5d pregnant and I need some advise about my son. I can't keep doing this cycle with him. I am trying to stay as calm as possible but it's hard.

My son has been diagnosed with ADHD since he was 4 and he is not on any medication. I will not be giving him any medication because in my experience I noticed that it doesn't work the way it should.

He has been acting out for 3yrs since he's started school and refuses to listen to any of the teachers. We continuously talk about his behavior and he always says he's going to do better and at times he does. But he does not take heath to my words or anyone else for that matter and still refuses to listen.

I have punished him many times, I have tried to talk to him many times, I don't know what to do anymore.
