Every month my period show up on the chart correct and I see my period I see my period on the third day of October and end the seventh I was to see my period on October 28 I do not see it come October 29 I do not see I was feeling cramps from October 19 up till October 31 I started to see blood October 31 days I am confused because my belly feeling puffy and back pain I take a pregnancy test it come out negative I am carving for ice cream then eating a lot what these back pain is all about if I am not pregnant
