This may seem a little tmi lol but are you sure it’s coming from your vagina?
Did you actually go in there a little and wipe?
Or just quickly wiped front to back? 
Because there is some other color going on, on that toilet paper which could mean that it’s really coming from your anus and could be a hemorrhoid.
That happened to me once 
I wiped and freaked cause I saw blood and I’ve had miscarriages and then I went in full investigative mode.
Wiped in my vagina and there was nothing so I wiped my butt and bam a little more blood. 
Yay pregnancy giving us these little gifts. Lol
Either way I don’t think your miscarrying the blood looks off 
I’ve had three and it never looked like that.
Once it turned red blood it poured unfortunately

I was told spotting after intercourse is normal. Your cervix has a significant increase in blood flow, so it’s normal to spot a little. If it gets any heavier - then get it checked!

It’s probably from you having sex honestly. I would keep an eye on it. 
My doctor always says if you fill up a pad or anything remotely close to that, then you should go in and be checked.
If it helps at all. When I had a miscarriage, I started bleeding a lot. I never spotted, I just started bleeding.
