34+3 and sick?

Expecting di/di girls and I woke up around 2am this morning violently throwing up. I felt better after everything was gone and went back to bed until I had to go to work. I got sick again about an hour ago and now I am extremely uncomfortable. It feels like I am trying to start a cycle and I have massive pressure around my pelvis. I have dropped as well and my MFM said yesterday that baby a is in the birth canal, butt down but still there. We also have possibly severe storms forecasted to move through the area later today and my MFM had made a comment about the pressure possibly messing with me.

I called my OB and left a message for the nurse to call me back with directions on what to do, but has anyone else felt like this and things turn out okay? Was it labor getting ready to start? Or am I possibly just getting a stomach bug? I am losing my mind over here trying to figure out what is wrong with me.
