First cycle after chemical

Hi ladies, would love to hear any advice or stories that could help. I had a chemical pregnancy that ended last month. October 23 was CD 1 so today is CD 10. I usually ovulate around CD 18 -20. This morning I had a positive digital ovulation test and confirmed with a cheapie LH strip. Has early ovulation happened to anyone else post chemical? Also, I'm not great with reading those test strips, that looks positive, right?
