How can I get things rolling faster !? Was at the hospital last night for bleeding and contractions being 3 minutes apart (4cm dilated). But contractions weren’t strong enough to dilate me more😢 I’m in so much pain right now !! They sent me home with a pain medicine and said he should be here today or tonight 😭😭🤷‍♀️

Update : I’m guessing last night was my bloody show and now today I’ve been having a LOT of brown mucus plug coming out . What does that mean ?
