Help.. in pain

Okay so I’m not sure what’s going on.. first a back story, I have PCOS and we’ve been trying to conceive since May 2017 with zero luck. We will be starting our IVF journey this month.. anyway the other night me and my husband were messing around and he went too deep so I got a bad pain and we stopped. Well the next day I had some cramps and just brushed it off. Well now it feels like my ovaries are swollen and they both hurt bad like cramping pains, even worse when I bend over or sit down. Also having lower right side back pain. I thought maybe bladder infection but I’m so sure the cramping is my ovaries so I’m concerned.HELP
