PCOS getting worse

Has anyone else's PCOS symptoms got worse as they get older. Im 33. TTC2 for 3 1/5 years now. Just been to the Drs as im getting pelvic pain all month on snd off and now i have missed a period too. I normally have a cycle thats between 32-37 days, so it is longer than 'normal people' but it was still regular. Im getting a lot of symptoms that seem like pregnancy but taken tests daily for the last week and all negative. Its so frustrating. Feels like my body is trying to trick me 🙁
