Is it just me😔😟😓

Is it just me...so I’m 5wks5days and ever time I have gas of light cramps I just feel like the end is near...I’m just so paranoid I want this baby so bad....so scary.....

I woke up around 1:30am an went to use the restroom and when I wiped there was bright red blood on the tissue...I just turned 6 weeks today and I was so freaked out I just felt that I’m having a miscarriage....so I called my husband and told him of the situation and we decided to wait and see if it stopped....So he calls me at 5:40 something and told me to go check and when I wiped the was very very light brown discharge....but I was still freaked out so I checked again around 10 or 11 something and there was dark brown discharge with a few stringy brown clots....I’m praying for the best....I’m not cramping or anything and I called my local er and talked to the nurse in labor and delivery and she said that it’s sounds normal from what I was telling her it sound just like I’m having implantation bleeding and there is no need to come to the er unless I start bleeding heavy and start having sever cramps.... I’m asking for you guys prayer....I will keep you guys updated
