Advice: exercise during pregnancy

I am starting my second pregnancy at my highest weight of 195 lbs. When we started TTC in July I went on an exercise kick where I was working out about 5 times a week for a few weeks. Once I got my period I was convinced it was due to the new exercise routine, so I quit doing anything the next few months. Now that we conceived and I’m almost 6 weeks I would like to get active to reduce the amount of weight I put on this pregnancy. They say when you are obese you should only gain about 15-25 pounds. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to start an exercise routine and what exercise would be best when you haven’t been working out before. I don’t want to harm anything by going back to a vigorous exercise 5 times a week since my body is not use to it. I belong to a gym and have a stationary bike, heavy bag and weight set at home.
