First time labor stories?

I’m almost 36 weeks. I’m so nervous, excited and can’t wait for our little one to finally be here. But I’m so scared of the unknown this is our first baby and I have an idea of it all but idk 😂 Anyone have any stories of there first pregnancy and how it happened when your baby was ready to arrive? Please share!! How far along were you? Did you have a C-section, natural birth?

Mine was “natural”. I was induced at 39 weeks. My labor was 12 hours long with 30 minutes of pushing. I’m not a big fan of pain, I opted for the epidural at the very last second. My second I was also induced at 39 weeks. I went in for my last check up and the doctor said I could go to the hospital that same day cause I was already 3 1/2 cm dilated. Labor was 4 hours including the pushing time! I didn’t use any pain meds though.
