Pelvic girdle pain 17 weeks
Ok so last few weeks I have been crippled with pain in my pelvis as well as down near my pubis it’s unbearable I can barely walk or move some days! I’ve been to pregnancy massage and physio which has not helped at all any suggestions or words from mums with experience? I feel I shouldn’t be getting this pain so early on I’m barely even showing! 😭 #SOS
