So I have had pregnancy congestion since I was 8 weeks pregnant and I am now 21 weeks realizing the nasal spray I was using that was working isn’t suggested during pregnancy.

So, my doctor recommended just a saline nasal spray and Benadryl or Sudafed. I bought the arm and hammer saline nasal spray and it doesn’t help at all! I haven’t noticed that the Sudafed or Benadryl is helping either and if I’m congested too long it turns into sinus pain and a sinus headache.

Does anyone have suggestions for saline nasal sprays that actually help or some tips??

I’m not sleeping well because I’m mouth breathing and I’m miserable during the day.
