So lots of stuff going on and I'm worried a bit

So I'm having cramps. Some sharp some dull. That's my usually Braxton hicks. But I also seem to be dizzy, out of breath, and nauseous. Also my back hurts. And I'll have this fast sharp pain that's in my bladder almost. Is this just a cluster of a million pregnancy symptoms or should I call? I feel like when I call they act like everything's fine and I'm being dramatic lol but I'm 29 weeks and I'm worried its preterm :(
