Hot tub/spa yes or no?

Can you go in a hot tub or spa while pregnant? Yes or no? Almost 30 weeks. Thank you

No you’re not supposed to. However, i think that it’s safe to dip in for a few minutes at a time and then sit on the side. If it were me i would also be picky about whose hot tub it is.

It's not recommended due to the fact that they raise your blood pressure while in there. But that doesn't stop people from doing it. Been a lifeguard for over 13 years and I see it pretty often.

I’d say no to a hot tub but my husband and I take baths regularly, just not hot ones. We keep them on the cooler side and it helps a lot with back pain & anxiety.
