Do ur household use one bar of soap for everyone? ( taking a shower or bath )

I never really thought about it until my friend said her mom tried to have her use the same bar of soap she use and she said it was discussing.
Since then I’ve had my own bar of soap ( I also use body wash )
Any opinions ?

We had 1 bar when I was a kid. Not sure why it would be gross. You put it on your loofah, not directly on your skin. Not that I have a family of my own, though, we just use body wash

No, I have my body wash, husband has his and my daughter has hers. We don't like bar soap, we don't like the feel it gives our skin.

I use body wash and my boyfriend either has his own body wash or bar of soap. When I lived at home we all had different body wash and anytime I went to a friend or family members house I brought my own body wash. I defiantly don’t want to be sharing with anyone. I guess if you do use bar soap as long as everyone that uses it rubs it on a wash cloth or loofah I guess it isn’t that bad but you can get soap so cheap I don’t see why you couldn’t use separate bars.

I have my own bottle of body wash and so does my son.
I think bar soap is nasty and sharing it with other people is even more disgusting .
My sister shares bar soap with her boyfriend, she said she was going to use it for my son too when hes there and i told her hell no she wasn't.

I shared when I lived at home. Though we rubbed the bar into a cloth which we used to wash. We didn’t like, rub the actual bar on our bodies.
