I just wanted to make and post and ask if there’s anyone who makes queso with velveeta and rotel and if there’s anything else you put in it? I make queso on occasions and I just feel like velveeta and rotel is a bit bland just by itself and was wondering if anyone knows if there are any seasonings that go well with it just to add more flavor

My queso has velveeta, rotel, ground beef, ground pork, cream cheese, milk and creole seasoning. It’s the bomb!

It’s better if you add milk and make your own rotel! Fresh tomatoes and green chilies
