I need to educate myself
For the mamas who breastfeed, I have a kinda stupid question.
But when you pump and freeze the milk, for say my spouse to be home with the baby how advance do you need to unthaw and have it out and the best way to unthaw.
So pretty much What are y’all routines when you are gone away from the baby. And how does the pumping, freezing work.
