I'm 13 weeks and from time to time I feel weird pressure but is it really the baby I'm feeling already?

Pressure? I’d say not the baby, just growing uterus and fluid building up. Baby movements are very quick and fleeting. A quick flutter or brush or bubble. Later it will feel the same as your cheek feels when you brush or poke it with your tongue.

It could be. Early movements feel kind of similar to gas. They’re kind of funny and bubbly feeling. Apparently, you feel them much earlier the second time around. I’m only 5 and something weeks, so I’m not yet, but I felt my daughter moving at around 14 weeks, and her first kick at 17 weeks.
