Late period after tubal

Hey y’all; I need some advice. I had my baby in June so she is 4 months old. She is my third child and I decided that I was done have children so I opted to have a tubal ligation. I had that done 4 weeks pp. I was breastfeeding so I didn’t have a cycle until September. Then 28 days later another cycle. Now here we are in November and I’m currently 5 days late. I have always been regular and I was regular and on point after my tubal. Do I need to test just to rule out pregnancy? I’ve read that it’s a high chance it’s an ectopic pregnancy if I am so I guess the sooner the better I know right?
