IVF transfer

Yesterday was my 5 day blasto transfer. It was surprisingly such a relaxing experiencing. The Doctor transferred an embryo graded AB, he told me that considered a really good embryo. I had only 4 embryos that fertilized. Doc said they’re going to freeze 2 at day 5 blasto and freeze 1 at a day 6. Now I’m just playing the waiting game and everything make me nervous, even using the bathroom 😩. I don’t know if this even makes sense but I’m scared to be happy, just because I don’t wanna get my hopes up. Can anyone relate? Who has felt the same? Is there any precautions I should be taking during this time?
