I don't know what to do, I genuinely need some advice :/

I'm 21 and my husband is 24. We have been together for almost 6 years and have been married for almost a year. He is the love of my life and we're soulmates. We want to have kids together, but I'm just not ready.

The problem is I might not be able to have kids in another year or so. I have been diagnosed with Hydrosalpinx (twisted tube), Low Estrogen, and PCOS. Sooner or later I will need to have surgery to fix the issues.

I'm still in school studying to be a doctor but if I ever want to have kids, the doctor's are telling me to do it now, just in case.

Also keep in mind that my husband will support any decision I make.

What should I do? 😭
