My boobs are wrecked

I’m 5m pp, ebf and my boobs are ugly now. Yes, my baby is chunky, thriving, and in the 99 percentile—I am grateful but I am still processing the loss of my perky 32Ds.

I have stretch marks and because I have an oversupply, my boobs have been so stretched out—and one more than the other. They literally droop and fold over my stomach now.

Will they ever improve naturally as my baby nurses less with age?

Would a breast reduction surgery even help or just add to the scars?
