What?! 😳

So I’ve been “leaking” just clear liquid since about 16 weeks on and off. Nipples have completely darkened and changed, but the passed few days they have been big and pink and so sore! Itchy too but scratching them makes them more sore later, it’s been misery! Today they have been super hard like ROCKS and well I was inspecting them because they stopped feeling the way they have felt and as soon as I moved one there was actually whitish yellow liquid oozing out.... is this my milk?! Almost 38 weeks, but I have been progressing in labor this week as well... is this possible?
