Should I move on????

Okay so I’m completely in love with this guy, we’ve known each other since May of 2017. We never really had a title but I can say we dated on And off, long story short, I’ve always wanted to be with him but his always said his not ready yet but then his always calling, texting me and all that, even when I tell him I can’t do it anymore and we don’t talk for a while, he would always call to see how I’m doing, I know he has feelings for me, his always there for me when I need him, he gives my good advice, he makes me laugh, we could be on the phone for hours, we have great chemistry but we’re just not together because he says his not ready. I’ve met other guys that wanted to be with me but I’ve always shut them out because I keep thinking he’ll be ready someday. It’s almost 2 years now and we’re still on the same cycle. Then There is this other guy that really likes me and wants to be with me, his really great, he adores me and he wants something serious with me. Should I try to give it a chance? Or keep waiting because I don’t know how to let what I feel for the other guy go.. I don’t know what to do.
