Fuck you bum con artist!

Not even sure what to do but i was on Facebook selling market page & was looking to buy a new TV. Found one that i likes for $80 that was and hour & 15 min away.. i asked the guy if he could meet me somewhere in between or lower the price because it was so far from me. He said no, he can’t, asked him if everything was okay with the tv he said everything’s fine blah blah, anyways i ended up buying the TV meeting him at his house.. i think... i texted him when i was outside and he had me wait a few minutes and brought the tv to the car. I said “oh no i wanted to plug it in and make sure everything’s working okay” he said “everything’s fine, it’s raining right now and everyone’s in my house packing up but everything’s fine” should’ve trusted my intuition but didn’t.. & took the tv, when i got home i noticed he had blocked me on Facebook & when i turned the tv on it was broken!!! I called him, and when he noticed it was me, he hung up. I called the MA police station where he was from & they told me to make a report and they’ll get the investigation moving. From experience, is it even worth it? I’m an hour and 15 min away.. is it even worth it to go all that way? Ugh so mad right now!! What can i do, and will i even get my money back?
