Cramps SUCK
Do you guys ever get cramps during your period that are in your back??? It’ll feel like my back aches but the same way a cramp feels if that makes sense lol. Like I’ll try cracking it or massaging it but it doesn’t make it feel any better bc it’s not my ACTUAL back hurting uuuughhhh
