Tips for increasing supply?

I feel like I’m not getting enough milk. My daughter is 3 months old and EBF. I have to pump bottles for my mom to have for her when I work on Wednesday’s and I just feel like I’m not getting anything and it’s stressing me out? Any tips for increasing supply? Help

So pumping does not show your supply! Like at all. As long as baby is having enough wet diapers you are making enough milk. Baby is way more effective than the pump and will just get more off you when they’re around than taking a bottle when you are gone as long as they get it in a 24 hour period, it’s called “reverse cycling”. You also need to be making sure all bottles are being pace fed. Baby only needs 1 ounce per hour you are away from them, 4 hours = 4 ounces. 
Things you can do to build a pump supply as your milk supply is totally fine you just aren’t producing much for a pump (which is completely normal since baby works better at getting milk out) : use a haakaa silicon “pump” on one breast while you feed baby on the other, this will help and draw out more let downs, use a manual or electric pump on one breast while baby nurses on the other, this makes your body think you’re feeding two at once so it will make more milk, always pump after each feeding, even if you don’t get anything out it still stimulates your breasts to make more milk, power pump once a day, keep on a pump schedule even when you’re away from baby if you are working your work is required to let you have time to pump while you are there. Also make sure you’re eating enough calories and drinking enough water, at least 64 ounces of water a day. Also make sure your flanges are the correct size and all your pump parts are working properly, you may also need to play with the modes and settings on your pump if it’s electric.
