I saw you said you were supplementing with formula . If breastfeeding is going to work you need to stop supplementing . The more you supplement the less milk it tells your body to make . They don’t need much milk at this point so as long as she’s having plenty of wet diapers you will know she’s getting enough. It’s all about supply and demand . In this clip she’s using you as a pacifier . I disagree with what some of the people have said I wouldn’t give her a pacifier I’d let her use you as one if your able just until your supply has increased . It signals let downs which will signal more milk! This is coming from someone who completely started the relactation process 3 months postpartum and I exclusively breastfeed .

I had to listen for swallows! My baby was mostly sucking and falling asleep. The LC and I joked about his laziness. 
Compressions/massaging the breast while she is latched helps too. It expresses milk into the mouth and “reminds” the baby to suck and swallow. The first three weeks I spent a lot of the time compressing/massaging and now he is a much more efficient and focused eater that I only have to do this at night feedings sometimes.

Is she swallowing? Having enough wet and dirty diapers? If so, I would say she is fine. My LO does this at the end of feedings where he doesn't really swallow, he just sucks a little and uses me as a pacifier.

Like others said she is comfort feeding. My son does this when he’s done eating & falls asleep at the boob. Once in a while I’ll let him do it and he’ll eventually fall off. If you’re not sure if she’s done eating maybe try to unlatch her and burp her then offer the boob again. Sometimes my baby is just very sleepy and will continue eating after I do that. Most times he is done. Also, try a paci if you don’t want to be her pacifier. My son loves his.
