I need help!
I want to make my boyfriend a special dinner. I am planning on pork chops with a creamy wine sauce served with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The wine sauce calls for a dry white wine. What is a good dry white wine to cook with? Also does it sound like a good meal or should I make something else? If you think I should make something else give me ideas and where to get the recipes.
