Soreness
So for the last day or so I have been really sore, even my back is starting to hurt. I’m 3 1/2 weeks into this and it was going good (as far as soreness goes) till like this week. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help with this...I use the nipple cream but that’s all. Today I actually had to skip a feeding and use a bottle because I didn’t want to nurse, I just wanted a little break and to give my boobs some time off.
