Family is different from person to person. Family doesn't make you entitled to unconditional love. Love is earned. Respect is earned. I do not love my family. They are barely deserving of the word. My family is people that have put time and effort into being so. Not necessarily my blood, not necessarily my best friends. People that I can count on and who can count on me in return.
