Fussy baby and bottle feeding , newborn . 4 days old

I just had my baby less than a week ago and he is really fussy before his feeding , he also sleeps a lot which I know is normal but it seems like he is back sleepy always after a bottle . The doctors recommended to wake him up every three hours to eat .

Sometimes I worry he sleeps to much but it makes me concerned he just wines for his baba, falls asleep and repeats . Sometimes he is chill but it seems he’s wanting a bottle less than every 3 hours .

I don’t want him to be upset or hungry so I feed him a lil more but sometimes he will spit up so I feel I’m over feeding him . He doesn’t always take his binky considering he is a newborn but majority it calms him .

But he will act fussy sometimes not long after a feeding and every time I give him his bottle he’s ok. I give him 1 scoop of milk and 2oz of water btw.
