Full sore leaking

Has anyone any tips my boobs have gotten so big full and firm they are so heavy i can hardly move in bed, i also had a section which makes it eben harder to move without the added heaviness.

Finding it difficult to feed my wee boy boobs are pointing sideways and heavy to position as well as holding him.

its day 5 since i had him. I dont want to do anything that will make more milk. Im leaking all the time t shirt is soaking. I am only in the house atm so not to concerned and i do have breasg pads which may need changed round the clock once im out and about.
