Healthy protein/fiber breakfast ideas?
Hi! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and my stomach/digestion is seriously struggling. I’m so hungry all the time but trying to eat healthy!!
I wake up starving and have been doing plain yogurt with granola or fruit but I’m getting really sick of it. Any healthy breakfast ideas!? I know I could google it, but wondering if anyone found things that worked for them for digestion too if they were pregnant (or not!).
